Please allow 7 to 10 days for shipment within the United States. All items are inspected for quality before being shipped to you. While we do our best to see that your order is handled in the most prompt method, there are circumstances beyond our control that do not always allow us to guarantee delivery by a certain date. You can be assured that we do monitor delivery status and we will be sure to notify you if we suspect any delays in shipment.

All E-Book orders will be available by secure download. When you complete your order, you will be sent a unique link that you can follow to access your E-Book.

- Select your order ID from the list provided and click on the link (the order number is the link).
- Once your order information appears, you will see your book name at the top of the page. The link will be the title of the book you
purchased. Click that link. (Do not click on the "restore" link - that is for placing a duplicate order).
- A download prompt will appear. Click "Save".
- When the "Save As" menu appears, navigate to where you want to save the download.
NOTE: Keep in mind that these downloads can be large file sizes. The download time depends on server traffic and your ISP setup. Once the file starts the download process, please be patient and let it complete the process.
